Together with our Presenting Sponsors; the A&E Recovery Project and the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health & Mental Retardation Services, Faces & Voices who is making Philadelphia it’s National hub for their Rally for Recovery, A&E Recovery Project delegates who all be flown into Philadelphia for the walk and other sponsors, we will unite about 10,000 walkers, including people in recovery, family members, friends, allies, and supporters. The Walk is a symbol of hope that long-term recovery from the disease of addiction is not only possible, but is now a reality. The walk will be led proudly by an Honor Guard of hundreds of people with 10 or more years of recovery. It celebrates those in recovery and honors organizations providing prevention, treatment, and recovery support services.
