The Honor Guard, those with 10+ years of recovery, has led Recovery Walks! since its inception.  Ten years in recovery is an important and enduring symbol.  It is a symbol of hope and proof that recovery is possible.  

The Guard leads the walk and then separates to cheer the rest of the walkers on their way.  It serves as the embodiment of the message we need to send –
